Founder

Andy is a highly experienced software engineer with a specialization in delivering enterprise-level software solutions to the financial services industry. He has spent many years working as a trader and risk manager, particularly in the area of structured derivative products, at leading international investment banks such as JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, and AIG. Andy is a graduate of Oxford University, where he earned a master's degree in mathematics

Warren Robertson

Solutions Architect

Warren has two decades of experience in solution delivery, has run his own consultancy for the past 10 years, specializing in Business Analysis and Project Management services. His strengths lie in breaking down complex concepts and tailoring solutions to meet business needs, having navigated the intricacies of Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail, Health & Fitness, and Legal sectors. Armed with a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from London Metropolitan University, Warren is passionate about driving both sustainable and impactful innovation.

James Sciberras

Data Science

James has worked within the AI space in fintech and insurance for nearly a decade, with experience leading teams and projects to deliver high-impact, data-driven AI/ML solutions. Prior to that, he was in academia pursuing a PhD in Statistical Epidemiology from the University of Bath.

Alan Woodcock

FinTech

Alan is a seasoned financial markets professional with a specialization in fixed income, credit and FX markets. His career, spanning 30 years, saw him working on the trading floors of JP Morgan, Barclays Capital and Renaissance Capital in London, Moscow and Johannesburg. Alan holds 2 master’s degrees, the first in economics from the London School of Economics and the second in politics from the University of Cape Town.

Nigel Dunn

Systems Architect

Nigel has an extensive background in web development, with experience dating back to the commercialization of the Internet in 1995. In his previous role, he spearheaded the platform team for a company with clients managing over US$11 trillion in assets. He holds a degree in computer science from the University of London.

Matt Davies

Engineering

Matt is an accomplished software developer specializing in cybersecurity and financial services solutions. With a successful track record at BlckRhino, he has been instrumental in developing cutting-edge technologies that guarantee secure and efficient digital environments. A graduate of the University of Cape Town with a degree in computer science and business computing.

Stuart is a senior UX designer with over 20 years experience in shaping and building every aspect of the
online experience. He offers clients a wealth of experience, a diverse skillset and
high proficiency in delivering complex digital projects.

Andreas Wilsnach

Business Analyst

Utilising skills in SAP Analytics Cloud to deliver innovative dashboards, developed complex data models using SAP Datasphere. Additionally, he has experience working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to manage and run tasks, streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Andreas holds a degree in Computer Science and Business Computing from the University of Cape Town.
